We're closing in on the end of this somewhat circuitous hike, with less than ten days and just over 100 miles to go. Many times, this has felt a fool's errand and an impossible task, yet here I am, on the brink of a third successful thru-hike on this difficult trail. I just hope my leg holds out! Along the way, I managed to record Nate's thoughts as he is about to head back home himself after a couple of weeks pushing me along the trail!
